Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Angel Express Terms & Privacy.

These terms govern use of the Angel Express website, booking system, Passenger App, Driver App, Owner App, transportation services, live trip tools, communications, payments, and related operations.

Effective July 17, 2026 Last updated July 17, 2026 Dallas, Texas

1. Service Terms and Acceptance

By accessing or using Angel Express services, creating an account, requesting or accepting a ride, submitting a chauffeur application, or communicating through an Angel Express platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

“Angel Express,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Angel Express Mobility. “Passenger” means a person requesting or receiving transportation. “Chauffeur” or “driver” means an approved person providing or seeking to provide transportation through the Angel Express network.

Angel Express provides transportation booking, coordination, support, driver assignment, trip monitoring, communications, and related operational services. Availability is not guaranteed for every date, route, passenger request, vehicle type, or location.

2. Bookings, Quotes and Fare Confirmation

A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation until Angel Express accepts the request and provides confirmation through the website, app, email, text message, telephone, or another authorized channel.

Fare estimates are based on information available when the estimate is created. The final fare may change when the passenger changes the route, pickup time, destination, number of passengers, luggage, vehicle needs, wait time, stops, trip type, or other material booking details.

Tolls, parking charges, airport fees, cleaning charges, damage charges, excessive wait time, special requests, and other disclosed trip-related charges may be added where applicable. Angel Express will not knowingly add undisclosed charges without a reasonable basis.

Passenger confirmation: Passengers are responsible for reviewing the pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage information, and contact details before confirming a ride.

3. Cancellations, Changes, Waiting Time and No-Shows

Passengers should request cancellations or changes as early as possible. A cancellation, no-show, or material last-minute change may result in a reasonable fee when a chauffeur has been assigned, has begun traveling to the pickup point, has arrived, or when Angel Express has incurred nonrefundable costs.

Any applicable cancellation or waiting-time charge should be communicated before collection whenever reasonably possible. A passenger who believes a charge is incorrect may contact support for review.

Angel Express is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, severe weather, road closures, law-enforcement activity, airport operations, mechanical emergencies, public events, passenger lateness, incorrect booking information, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and arrange alternatives when practical.

4. Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct

  • Provide accurate identity, contact, pickup, destination, passenger, and luggage information.
  • Be ready and reachable at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Use seat belts and follow lawful safety instructions.
  • Treat chauffeurs, staff, other passengers, and vehicles respectfully.
  • Do not engage in threatening, discriminatory, abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or unsafe conduct.
  • Do not carry unlawful items, hazardous materials, or items that cannot be transported safely.
  • Disclose accessibility needs, child-seat needs, service-animal needs, or other material requirements early enough for planning.
  • Pay authorized charges associated with the booking.

Angel Express may refuse, suspend, or end service when reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law, or address serious misconduct.

Minors

A person under 18 may not independently create an account or request transportation unless permitted by Angel Express and authorized by a parent, legal guardian, school, or other responsible adult. Additional documentation or supervision requirements may apply.

5. Chauffeur Applications and Responsibilities

Submission of a chauffeur application does not guarantee approval, employment, ride access, or earnings. Angel Express may request identity, license, vehicle, insurance, driving-history, background, and eligibility information before or after approval, subject to applicable law and separate authorization requirements.

  • Maintain all licenses, registrations, insurance, inspections, and other credentials required by law or Angel Express policy.
  • Operate a clean, roadworthy, and appropriately equipped vehicle.
  • Drive safely, remain sober, and obey traffic laws.
  • Use the Driver App and trip-status tools accurately.
  • Protect passenger information and use it only for legitimate trip purposes.
  • Report crashes, safety concerns, complaints, payment issues, or emergencies promptly.
  • Do not transfer an assigned trip or allow an unauthorized person to perform it.

Chauffeur status, compensation, duties, insurance obligations, and any independent-contractor or other relationship are governed by the separate written chauffeur agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this public page alone creates an employment relationship.

6. Payments, Refunds and Chauffeur Payouts

Angel Express may accept approved electronic or manually coordinated payment methods. Payment timing may vary by booking and may occur before, during, or after a trip as shown in the booking confirmation or payment request.

Payment processors may collect and process payment-card or financial information directly. Angel Express does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own application database.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the booking, service delivered, payment status, documented charges, and relevant circumstances. Approved refunds may require processing time imposed by the payment provider or financial institution.

Chauffeur compensation and company revenue shares are governed by the applicable chauffeur agreement and trip record. The presently intended standard split for eligible trip revenue is 70% to the chauffeur and 30% to Angel Express, but exclusions, fees, refunds, reversals, disputes, taxes, incentives, or a written agreement may affect the final amount.

7. Safety, Emergencies and Live Trip Monitoring

Angel Express may use live location, route progress, driver status, passenger status, emergency contacts, support communications, and trip-event information to coordinate active rides, estimate arrival, respond to concerns, investigate incidents, and support passenger and chauffeur safety.

Angel Express is not an emergency-response agency. In an immediate emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first, then contact Angel Express when it is safe to do so.

A passenger may share trip information with a family member or trusted contact through available features. The passenger is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is authorized to receive that information.

11. Data Retention, Security and International Processing

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain trip and payment records, resolve disputes, support safety investigations, prevent fraud, meet tax or legal duties, enforce agreements, and protect legitimate business interests.

Angel Express uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. However, no online platform, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from the user’s home jurisdiction.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, apps, email, or another reasonable method.

Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
