Angel Express terms, safety, payments, tracking, and privacy.
These terms apply to the Angel Express website, Passenger App, Driver App, Owner App, booking system, live trip tracking, notifications, payments, chauffeur operations, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Angel Express Mobility, including the website, Passenger App, Driver App, Owner App, booking forms, ride services, communications, or payment systems, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Angel Express Services
Angel Express provides private transportation coordination for passengers, students, airport travelers, long-distance riders, tourists, event visitors, and approved chauffeurs. Services may include ride booking, fare estimates, driver assignment, ride tracking, passenger support, chauffeur support, safety monitoring, payment coordination, and trip records.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
- Provide a working phone number and email address.
- Be available at the scheduled pickup time.
- Communicate changes or cancellations as early as possible.
- Respect chauffeurs, vehicles, and other passengers.
- Follow safety instructions during the trip.
4. Chauffeur Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.
- Drive responsibly and obey traffic laws.
- Maintain professional appearance and communication.
- Use the Driver App honestly and accurately.
- Update trip status during ride operations.
- Protect passenger privacy and safety.
5. Bookings & Fare Estimates
Fare estimates shown on the website or app are estimates only. Angel Express may review and confirm the final fare based on distance, trip type, route conditions, wait time, airport pickup, event traffic, tolls, special requests, and operational considerations.
6. Payments & Payouts
Passenger payment may be collected after ride completion unless otherwise agreed. Angel Express may use Stripe, Stripe Connect, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other approved payment methods. Angel Express does not store full card details on its own systems.
Chauffeur payout is based on the Angel Express payout model. The current standard model is 70% driver share and 30% company share for eligible ride revenue, subject to final trip confirmation, payment status, deductions, disputes, refunds, and operational rules.
7. Cancellations, Delays & No-Shows
Passengers should cancel or change bookings as early as possible. Angel Express is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, events, passenger lateness, incorrect addresses, airport delays, or conditions outside company control.
8. Safety & Emergency Use
Angel Express may collect and use emergency contact information, live trip status, trip location, driver details, passenger details, and support communications to improve safety and respond to urgent situations.
9. Location & Live Tracking
Angel Express uses location information during active rides to support navigation, live trip tracking, owner monitoring, passenger updates, chauffeur coordination, and safety response. Location tracking is intended for trip-related use and operational oversight.
10. Information We Collect
Angel Express may collect information including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Trip dates and times
- Emergency contact information
- Ride preferences
- Driver application information
- Trip history and ratings
- Vehicle information for chauffeurs
- Push notification tokens
- GPS updates during active rides

12. Passenger App Data
The Angel Express Passenger App may store profile information, emergency contacts, ride preferences, trip history, ratings, feedback, push notification tokens, booking activity, and live trip information.
13. Driver App Data
The Angel Express Driver App may store driver profile information, vehicle details, license and approval information, trip activity, driver ratings, earnings records, payout status, and GPS location updates while active on trips.
14. Owner App & Operations Data
The Angel Express Owner App may display bookings, passenger information, chauffeur information, live trip status, emergency alerts, payment status, driver approval records, complaints, and operational reports to support business oversight and passenger safety.
15. Information Sharing
Angel Express does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary to complete ride services, process payments, provide customer support, respond to legal requirements, address safety concerns, or support Angel Express operations.
16. Data Security
Angel Express uses commercially reasonable safeguards to protect passenger and chauffeur information. Access to operational systems is limited to authorized personnel and service providers where needed.
17. Data Retention
Trip records, invoices, ratings, payment records, driver approval records, support messages, and operational records may be retained for business, tax, legal, safety, and customer support purposes.
18. Third-Party Services
Angel Express may use third-party services including Supabase, Stripe, Stripe Connect, Google Calendar, email providers, WhatsApp links, mapping services, push notification services, Cloudflare, and analytics tools. These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
19. Blog, Analytics & Advertising
Angel Express may operate a blog and use analytics tools to understand page views, article performance, visitor behavior, and service interest. Future advertising, sponsorship, affiliate links, or monetization may appear on Angel Express pages. Sponsored content or advertisements may be displayed separately from ride booking services.
20. Updates to These Terms
Angel Express may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as the website, Passenger App, Driver App, Owner App, booking flow, payment systems, and operational processes evolve. Continued use of Angel Express services means you accept the updated terms.
